These are the work records of convicts in the various county jails. These large forms provide information on how many days per month a convict worked. The information provided by the reports includes the name of the convict, his serial number, the length of his term, and the number of days worked. Four convicts are on each sheet. There is a space next to each month noting how many days the convict was idle and how many days he worked.
